As Chief Financial Officer Nalika is focused on building Kavi’s diversified revenue portfolio as both a services-oriented company and a product-oriented company. Recently Kavi as a whole has shifted from solely offering custom consulting services and solutions to creating specific products within the solutions and software business utilizing IP and patents. Nalika also spends her time carefully analyzing critical investments for Kavi internally and externally as the company explores investment partnerships.

Nalika has more than 10 years of experience in multiple industries, including financial management positions in the banking and non-profit sector.Â
Education
Nalika holds a doctorate in adult and higher education and a master’s degree in education from Northern Illinois University. Nalika also received an MBA in finance from Pune University in Pune, India and a bachelor’s degree with honors in business management from Punjab University in Chandigarh, India.
As the leader of Kavi Global’s finance and HR team, Nalika has responsibility for company finances and resources, including talent management.
