Rajesh is a founding member of the Kavi Global team with two decades of experience in advanced analytics and information technology, specializing in data engineering, data science and visualization, machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Rajesh is the CEO of Kavi India, where he leads the Analytics and Tech-Enabled Services divisions. He is also the CTO & Global Delivery Leader of Kavi Global. As Chief Technology Officer, he is committed to providing service excellence using the latest and greatest technology and design options. He works to continuously position Kavi and clients for the future by learning and training team members on not just current technologies but also the up-and-coming ones, ensuring all Kavi solutions and services are designed for the future.

Rajesh has designed countless smart analytic solutions to resolve critical business challenges for clients. Prior to his current role he led Kavi’s research design & development and technical architecture teams with the goal of innovating data analytics. He is the original creator of Kavi Global’s patented software Advana, a technology agnostic integrated data engineering and data science platform.

Prior Experience

Before the launch of Kavi Global, Rajesh led the award-winning GE Rail Services Analytics team from GENPACT Analytics, an entity formerly owned by GE. Prior to that, he worked in project management with Ugam Solutions and in operations at Indian Railways. Rajesh holds several advanced analytics certifications including SAS predictive modeling and programming.

Education

Rajesh holds an MBA in Marketing and Systems from Bharathidasan Institute of Management in Trichy, India, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Madras in Chennai, India.

Rajesh is a founding member of the Kavi Global team and leader of the Technology Solutions business. He has two decades of experience in advanced analytics and information technology, specializing in data engineering, data science and visualization, machine learning and artificial intelligence.

He is the original creator of Kavi Global’s patented software Plexa, a multi-technology integrated data engineering and data science platform.

Before the launch of Kavi Global, Rajesh led the award-winning GE Rail Services Analytics team from GENPACT Analytics, an entity formerly owned by GE. Prior to that, he worked in project management with Ugam Solutions and in operations at Indian Railways.

Rajesh holds several advanced analytics certifications in SAS including predictive modeling and programming. His background also includes extensive database work and Teradata Certification. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Systems from Bharathidasan Institute of Management in Trichy, India, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Madras in Chennai, India.
