Vignesh places client centricity at the center of Kavi operations in his role as Chief Operating Officer. He preaches that no matter how innovative or sophisticated offerings may be, the most important value is always what is realized by the client. He works to ensure that the three Kavi S’s (services, software and solutions) are aligned to provide clients the most value and that all operations use lean and agile methodologies. 

Vignesh and senior members of his team are part of the core management consulting practice leading strategy engagements and delivering analytical solutions for clients across industries. He holds several advanced technology certifications in data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics and big data and has established a proven process to accelerate time to value for all Kavi implementations.

Prior Experience

Vignesh has over 10 years of analytics, Six Sigma Quality and LEAN experience. Prior to joining Kavi, Vignesh held several roles with increasing responsibility at GE through GENPACT Analytics, an entity formerly owned by GE. His last role was a Six Sigma Quality Black Belt with GE’s Asset Intelligence business supporting finance and operations functions. Prior to that he was a data scientist with the award-winning GE Rail Services Business Analytics team. 

Education

He holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madras University in Chennai, India.
